 Introduction and Modeling – This was part of the formal introduction to the lesson and a brief mention of how computer models are used and why they are in understanding global processes.

Residence Time – What is the residence time of a UGA student? This part of the introduction I explained the concept of residence time using the student body at the University of Georgia as an example.

Thermohaline Circulation – A demonstration of ocean circulation in a ten-gallon aquarium.

Thermohaline Circulation Conclusions – Students wrap up the lab, demonstrate their lab data and discuss some key components of the lab.
