| Summary | |||
| The opportunity to teach comes with great responsibilities, challenges and rewards. In my career, I have taught approximately 650 students at two universities. I have had the opportunity to teach college students along the range of matriculation (from first-semester freshmen to graduate students). During my graduate school career, I will have taught a total of ten semesters. When I was supported by a research assistantship or through the graduate school university-wide fellowship, I exercised my teaching abilities in various outlets, including at the TA Orientation sessions, among the TA Mentors, participating in Center for Undergraduate Research Opportunities (CURO) Symposia, and educational outreach to local schools. My goal is to continue to strengthen and expand my teaching abilities. | |||
